Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

r7 4800HS, 32GB, 1TB, video 2060, WHQD screen, no OS, and (yay!) no AniMe Matrix are the configurations for the GA401IV-HA034.
The laptop was bought to be used as a mobile workstation for programming with two 4k and WHQD monitors. Because of AniMe Matrix, the top cover seemed excessively large, and the laptop appeared to have a "pot-bellied" appearance. I fiddled with it for a very long time in the store. I required a configuration with the most RAM feasible, no AniMe Matrix, and ideally not r9. Since that I already had a free Windows Home license, the GA401IV-HA034 was a perfect fit.
The last thing I wanted was for the laptop to growl and overheat. Quiet and cool when used in an office. It's a high performance mode because it's in the producing state.
Amazing stuff. I suggest.

Pros

Its essence is a high performance packed into a small package. fantastic battery life. When compared to other coffins with powerful CPUs, it's highly transportable (lightweight, portable, and long lasting) as a mobile workstation. Sound quality for a laptop.

Cons

there was no camera. The greatest drawback for me while considering buying this laptop is the strange enigma surrounding the camera module's absence. The lettering on the keyboard is unsightly and difficult to read. Unfamiliar keyboard; the keys are a bit tall and tight after the regular ASUS and ThinkPado keys. possibly a matter of routine. The fact that there are configurations without AniMe Matrix is a positive thing because it is illogical junk. Too much WHQD on those 14 inches.
