I bought these to create a zero waste solution to buying cotton circles as they are plastic. I think you will get a lot of these for your money and I will use them for makeup removal as instructed in the instructions but they are definitely not for applying products like toners. If you want to buy for the same reasons I do, don't. If you want to use them for makeup removal as intended, this is a great buy.
