I was skeptical based on the reviews. But I am very grateful that I tried. The nozzle is not difficult to move as it is the same as other hose nozzles I have tried before. I have 4 large dogs so I do a lot of cleaning. The weather warming noticed the smell. Tried as directed, cleaned, sprayed, left for 5 minutes. wash away. And squirt again. I felt absolutely nothing and actually couldn't brush for 3 days. Nothing smelled yet. And there was a lot to gain.
