Attention: Emptor Kitchen & Dining

The greatest regret isn't a refusal to trust your instincts. Enjoy the material and strength of the sous vide packaging, which has proven less durable than readily available ziploc freezer bags or a tube (aka short straw), and the vent design seemed inadequately engineered and compatible. Also little regret is the belief in the intended claim/description as "reusable,...sealed, NO CLAMPS REQUIRED". is the ideal cooking method for this delicacy, with no fat/marbling (naturally lean) and lots of connective tissue, offering unmatched accuracy and the ability to add fat and extra flavor without drying out the proteins in traditional dry fire cooking, rather than suggesting that the pouches don't open during cooking, which they did, effectively creating a meaty whirlpool that turns the roast into something resembling wet shoe leather. Therefore, the biggest regret is trusting the Savor Sous Vide pouches to work as advertised (which was not the case), not being able to replace a lost venison roast (a delicacy) until next hunting season and not being able to give the product zero stars. They cannot be returned quickly enough. I will now buy a vacuum sealer and commercial bags. Redesign this product to have a strong/reliable check seal and unbeatable check valve replacing the vent.
