These headphones were great when they worked. When I received my first pair, one side didn't work right away. I had to twist and wiggle the cable to get both sides to work. I was able to swap it out for another pair of headphones with no problem and the second one worked really well so I chalked it up to the first as simply defective. However, just over a month later, the left earbud popped out of the new one and produced no sound. I usually buy other headphones for around $10 and only swap them out once or twice a year. Having two outages for just over a month of use is ridiculous. Don't buy this again.
