Not really suitable for full tripods
You get what you pay for but as far as I can tell this gimbal isn't really meant for regular use, it looks more like I do would design for someone who is not an engineer. Basically the unscrewed top dial allows the arm to wiggle but is also the main connection/suspension point so when unscrewed there is a slight angle at the arm after which all the weight of your camera and gimbal arm hangs on that dial. instead of the usual ones, where the arm is well suspended, tight or loose. Rather spend a few euros more for a better design, it's worth it.
