I ordered a size medium and my measurements are Waist: 29-30", Hips: 43-44", Height: 23-24", 5'5", 163lbs clearance. The material is thick and stretchy but not too tight at the waist.I'm really worried they'll rip during actual leg day so will update my review after I've worn them to the gym a few times.Crunch is very aggressive. I only have another pair of twisted leggings and it's an alphalet boost. When I put these shorts on I looked like a brother👀. I think they are very practical, but I understand that it may not be the case is to have all of these in your shop. The strap doesn't seem to roll and they stay in place. They're pretty tight in the hips but it's not unbearable. I don't care about camel toes and they seem to be the standard for seamless leggings to be .by making my cheeks plump mac hen 😮‍💨. A very different style than I've ever tried. I look forward to wearing them to the gym and seeing how they hold up.
