Received the plant stand today and immediately put it together. Took about 1 hour. Has reasonably easy-to-follow visual instructions, which I went by. I also used the photos on this webpage as a guide. No parts were missing or damaged. A very nice Phillips screwdriver is generously included for tightening the 12 wheel bolts, as well as a hex wrench for the bigger bolts, so no other tools were needed. The bamboo components are very strong. With the bolts well-tightened its a solid piece. The wheels don't get much traction on my hardwood floor so it half rolls and and half slides, but that's not a problem since it will stay in one place. It looks a little small when put together, but achieved its full glory once we added our plants. Some suggestions: During assembly, pay attention to the placement of the straight pieces in relation to the shelving. It matters what side things are screwed on to. There are two metal braces that go on one side, and are shown in the instructions. Loosely add all the nuts to the bolts on the entire unit before tightening them. There's a little give here and there to allow for. I liked how easy, and fun, this was to assemble and how sturdy it is. Its perfect for our various small-to-tall plants. I would recommend this product very highly!
