After spraining my ankle and putting ice on it I was ready for an ankle brace. My old one didn't have an adjustable strap. After searching the internet I found this ankle brace with adjustable straps. Then I had a dilemma: to order a medium or large size. I have small bones but my ankle is swollen! I ordered the large and it immediately offered adjustable support for my ankle. After the swelling subsided I was able to tighten the compression sleeve with the straps as needed. If you have sprained your ankle and are looking for an ankle brace I highly recommend this product!
