I received the rear view camera on time. I have an auto repair shop so I asked one of the mechanics to install it for me. Installation was easy, but due to the fact that my car was a hatchback, a little extra wiring was required. I had some connection problems. When it worked it was fine, but sometimes it just left me with a black screen. Their customer service is out of this world. They told me what to do to fix the device and when it didn't work they sent me a new device for free. My mechanic put a new one in and no problem. This is definitely one of the best experiences I've had with a customer support team. The rear camera was worth every penny. If in doubt, don't hesitate.
