Product quality is terrible

The main problem is that the base to attach to each extension is plastic and the bulb keeps coming off the extension, especially on outdoor spotlights which are more difficult to unscrew. The screw meant to hold it in place simply gnaws out of the hole it's stuck in, even with minimal pressure. Unusable after a few uses. I would send it back but the packaging was thrown away. I have to look for something else. Well suited for screwing in light bulbs.
