I have ordered them before and sometimes I wonder if they are real or fake. Impostors wear out and break very easily. Luckily I got the real ones this time. There is no substitute for dental floss, and unless you have a loose jaw or magic fingers, dental floss is so ineffective that you will struggle to get into all the corners of your mouth. 4 pieces in a pack of 150? It's a fact of life that plastic gets somewhere anyway, but. Yes. I have no solution. Despite the ease of use, I continue to use them because I'm embarrassed to throw them away after the first use.
