My god, it just got a lot easier.
I, a Gringa relative, wanted to learn how to make tamales, so I helped prepare them the traditional way with the back of a spoon. I could never get it and even tried it by myself at home, it took HOURS to make 2 dozen. My new spreader arrived today and quickly spread the masa and harvested the tamales. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Those who showed me how to make them want me to order a shaker for them. I hope they love it as much as I do, they do 100 at a time.
