The shower head connector would not attach past 1 and part of the second thread. I don't have a bottom faucet so I checked the shower head threads with a dice. Everything was good. Using the included teflon tape as a lube didn't help. I finally achieved a seal by adding two extra rubber washers to the hose head, the extra washers were not included but then it took brute force with pliers to get the seal. The pliers almost destroyed the hose nipple. The metal was so thin it collapsed even if you picked it up at the end. Where is the quality control of this seller? It should never have been sold. Didn't check the hose. Seems normal on first inspection. The inlet end of the hose was thin and attached to create an airtight seal. Perhaps this rating will make the seller reconsider their products before selling junk again.
