I love collecting these little dollhouse sets. I already have some. The instructions have colored pictures, they are easy to read for me. I had great customer service with Revain and this Cutebee seller. I would definitely recommend this product both for myself and as a joint project for you and your daughter or as a gift. I think it's great that everything is included: wood, fabric, beads, music box and dust cover. There are even real flashlights with some wiring and a battery box. Really high quality product.
