Review on 🔗 Hillman 122052 Brass Plate Hanger, 11 Inch by Doris Tran

Efficient record hanger. The only downside for me is that I wanted to hang an elongated picture and the position of the hanger on the back didn't allow me to hang it the way it was intended. My husband used wire on the plate holder to keep me from hanging the plate on the springs that hold the plate to the plate holder (see pictures) so I can hang it in the correct orientation and still use the plate holder. Seems secure and fairly easy to put on and almost invisible once put on. UPDATE: We had a magnitude 7.1 earthquake last week and this plate stand (and the plate it was holding) stayed on the wall. We weren't hurt or hurt, but our neighbors had pictures and things like that falling off the walls. I was concerned that the hanging alignment "hack" would affect the ability to hold the cymbal securely, but that didn't seem to have any effect.
