Good quality resin

I read so many reviews about UV resin that I was hesitant to try it - I use Part A/Part B epoxy regularly - but I've liked all the Let's Resin products I've bought (I bought a lot !) :-) So I tried this and another brand. From the second brand I immediately refused. But then again, Let's Resin has a great product. It dries quickly and if you use UV rays long enough it won't stick at all. There are some "rules" for using UV resin that you should follow, but stick to them and you will be very happy with this product. The smell is very faint and becomes crystal clear after drying. I use a 50 bulb UV flashlight to start but end with a nail salon UV lamp to finish the cure. I bought the 2nd bottle because I was so happy with this product. Hoping this will help you, I've learned the basic 'rules' of UV. Apply in small layers of 2-4 mm. Purchase a suitable UV light for use with the resin. You'll get tired of holding a flashlight for a bigger project, so invest in a UV light for your nail salon. Use a transparent form - UV light penetrates well, but not as well with simple forms. Black and dark colored resin takes longer to cure and requires the use of very thin layers, and the clear mold or parts underneath it will not cure. This is not due to the resin, but to the nature of the product.

Pros
  • Adhesives
Cons
  • Great price
