is a great keyboard when it comes to hardware keys. The keys are soft and pressed just right. This was the keyboard I'd always wanted up until then and it happens randomly, you press a key, it can happen at any time and the keyboard registers multiple keystrokes. That is, when you press the letter s, the s key is registered 1 to 10 times and you have to replace it. Sometimes you press a key and the keypress doesn't register at all, and you have to go back and correct the missing letter or number. Same problem with key 10. Totally random. I worked with Dell support and changed the batteries, bought rechargeable batteries and charged them fully. Nothing helped. Tried the same with Windows 7 and 10. Driver reinstalled. Dell ended up replacing my keyboard, it took about a week and did the same thing. My friend bought one of these and he does the same. I read reviews on the Internet, many people have this problem. I wish Dell could figure this out because I love the keyboard, but I'm currently writing this review using a wired keyboard.
