They seem to be more durable than the regular string type?
It looks a little different than the typical tinsel lead so I'm a little skeptical. This should be a very good test for this wire as these cones travel a long distance. The standard wires are about the same size but are heavier and not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, when the cones move it can cause these wires to fly a bit as they fly from post to cone are about 4 inches long. Perhaps a flexible hose laid down its entire length could keep it under control? I'll report on how they hold up in a few months.
