Great finger protector
These fit well on my finger and stay put. I purchased the large size to use on my middle finger while I am knitting. To explain, I use my finger on the tip of my knitting needle in order to push the stitches closer to the tip of the needle. The point eventually hurts my finger so this thimble affords full protection! And works great! I can only assume it would be good while sewing with needle and thread: the indentations in the tip would hold the needle in place while pushing it through the fabric. So now that I have a few I am sure I will find many uses.
