Great DVD player at a great price.
Yes, the loading noise is louder than usual, but movies, DVDs and VCDs load very quickly. Fast forward, rewind, slow motion, resume play is very, very fast. You might think the film is on a hard drive. Should be a good buffer. Plays all DVDs and VCDs I have unlike other players. The only problem is that it's too big, wider and a bit higher than my Quasar HiFi VCR. The other features are also good. The specs are a little bigger than I expected. (.) I choose Pioneer because they are better brands than Panasonic, Samsung and Generics. Great simple progressive scan player (like: read the reviews)
