Is it worth the money. Like many others, I initially bought a cheap wooden model and quickly regretted my decision. Holds work firmly and high enough to facilitate weaving. The extra length not only allows you to craft larger items (e.g. dog collars) but also allows you to work vertically with one end of the mount resting on your lap and the mount leaning against the tabletop for a more comfortable working angle. Extremely well built. Unlike cheaper models, the ends of the strap "hook" into the tensioner instead of being held by secondary clips that often come loose during winding.
