actually only got it today. I am a truck driver so working in a very noisy environment is my standard. Since I'm not in my truck right now, I created a test case. I turned on the big screen TV, turned on the iPad and my 4 year old was here to help with maximum background noise. I called my wife who was away on business and she was able to convey everything to me in a clear and unbiased manner. I then played a few songs on my phone to see the range of sound quality and was impressed. The music has a good balance. Depending on your taste, you may like certain things more, like bass for example, but as said, they balance well and have good volume too. For a product that costs less than $40, I'm really impressed. I definitely recommend it to anyone who works in a very noisy environment and needs to be on the phone at the same time. Like I said, I just got it. If you don't hear from me within the next 6 months, that means you've persevered. It's now November and I can tell you that these are by far the best Bluetooth headphones I've ever had. They work great. When I'm in the truck there are no problems with calls and answering. They are also good for listening to podcasts and audio books.
