Normally I would order a medium or large in a dress. I'm 5'9 and fluctuate between 160-180lbs. I ordered an extra large and it fits a little tight on the chest/arms but I do wear a 36DDD bra. The fabric is stiff/scratchy, but a little stretchy. This is fine for a day, but not something I'd want to wear frequently. The cut is flattering and adding a belt would help accentuate further as the one I have is slightly big on the waist. Overall, not a bad DΓa de los Muertos dress for $20!
