Luckily I received this coat the day before the downwind temperature dropped to -9. The coat kept me warm, and for Illinois living, that alone says a lot about this coat. The fur collar and hood are protected from the wind. in 3 weeks; My only complaint is that the buttons holding the fur loosen at the edge; if not, it seems like a well made coat. Because it's long; It's light and convenient, even in the car. London Fog has always been known for the raincoat that I own and love. This coat also occupies one of the first places. Luckily I didn't have to pay $200. I would recommend this coat to anyone living in cold winter regions.
