I was considering purchasing this scope after not seeing it based on various reviews and was disappointed in the end. The color of the bamboo is very attractive and they appear to be quite durable and easy to clean. However, they don't spin smoothly at all - as someone has described, they wiggle a lot when spinning and seem to get stuck in a few spots due to uneven rotation. I could try WD40 and put my feet down, but it's not worth it in the end. I found essentially the same thing at a container store for the same price and they spin great. I will send these back.
