Unfortunately, they weren't good for us. They fell out after a few hours while my daughter was in her crib! The back is thin rubber. I thought these might be the right pair but we tried another pair and they fell out after a few hours - this time at a friend's and we couldn't find them. She got her ears pierced a few months ago, so getting them in is not easy. It's painful to keep reinserting them. waste of money.
