ORS has been a game changer for our organization. It's helped us become more organized, efficient and effective in what we do. I wish there was an easier way to keep track of our current cases rather than having to go through each one individually. It would be nice if we could have a master list of all our cases that we can access from anywhere. We are able to pull up case information at any time. This makes it easy to see where we are with current cases. It also helps us know who needs help immediately.
