UPDATE: The case I received broke within the first month and I didn't think I would get a response from the manufacturer after posting my review. This week I received an email from them apologizing for the problem and offering to replace the case or refund my money. I had already replaced the case but was so grateful that they took note of my feedback and offered a solution. My requested return was processed the same day and as such I am increasing my rating to 5 stars as their customer service is top notch and they work to improve the quality of their products. It's important to remember that all businesses have had quality issues, and as consumers, we need to share our concerns with them and work with them to find a sensible solution.
