I am afraid to buy shoes online. I have flat feet and it's hard to find a good fit. These shoes have excellent, comfortable arch support. They feel very stiff at first and it takes a few days for you to stop stamping your feet because they don't want to bend. After 2 days they start to flex better and become really comfortable. They are very true to size, no need to go up or down. You may feel they are too small when you first put them on. I knew it. Let them run around the house and see if they soften up.
