The best part about click stream is that it can track all of your portal users, not just those who are logged into their computers at any given time! I wish there was an option to have more granular control over tracking user activity (i would like this feature if they want me as customer).

If you use multiple portals or other applications in conjunction with eachother - then using one tool will help manage them easier than doing so manually through separate logs/tools etc.. This makes life much simpler when tryingto understand what's going wrong within our business systems- we're able now easily see where traffic spikes occur from specific application downfalls which helps us identify problems faster thus reducing downtime / service outages!! We've been monitoring usage across both internal & external sites via different log sources but haven't had easy access until clickingstream came along :) It has helped solve many issues related totraffic flow.
