Good watch. Here's why I gave it 4 stars and not 5: It was difficult to set up without instructions. BUT the instructions were found later. The watch comes in a jewelry pouch in the box. The instructions were later found hidden in the jeweler's pouch. You'll have better luck with the setting if you dig through the bottom of the jeweler's pouch for instructions! The stem of the clock is hard, making it difficult for a 91-year-old blind woman to press it. The voice is also quite quiet. That's why I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
