Review on SMACO by Louis Loebis

I was really let down by SMACO, an online retailer that focuses on sporting goods and outdoor equipment. The website may be cutting edge in terms of design, but the things it sells fall short. First of all, they don't have nearly enough options when it comes to sporting goods. I was an advanced user in search of a specialty item, but I couldn't find it there. In addition, they don't have a lot of kayaks and paddleboards or any other water sports equipment. Second, there is a lack of affordability. As a person who frequently buys sports equipment online, I can say that other websites provide identical items at lower prices. SMACO was shockingly more expensive than its competitor. Finally, the service we received from the staff was subpar. I had a query about a product and it took them a few days to get back to me. When they did, the answer wasn't very informative or thorough. In general, I would not suggest SMACO to other people who enjoy being active outside. I was underwhelmed by their limited inventory, expensive prices, and indifferent service.
