These braces are the best! Little did I know it comes with such a soft and comfortable lining that not only keeps your wrist comfortable and cool, but also aligns your hand and stays in a neutral position while you sleep. I am a Nurse Anesthetist and recently had bilateral wrist pain. This is a great brace to use on either wrist (depending on what's bothering me that day) and I feel great in it.
