We bought two and one worked fine for charging the watch but the other had problems from the start. We thought it was the angle and yes we know you can change the angle of the charger but there's never a good charge/connection with a silicone strap and this is the simplest strap you can get. Be a watch but we've updated and the charger still doesn't charge the watch accurately which isn't a waste if you leave it on overnight only to find it won't charge in the morning. I wrote above and never put up with it for about a month. I'll be back in a few months because the cordless phone charger and light can't be used at the same time. I'm almost 6 months old, most properties have already deteriorated. I'm waiting for the AirPods to stop charging at this rate. Other comments aside we bought two and the watch charger on both have since failed, one just broke faster than the other but it happened way too quickly to both. TL;DR: Expect a replacement within a few months of purchase as all features have stopped working.
