Very easy to use, fast load times (especially with multiple monitors), great customer support! They are always quick at responding whenever I have an issue or inquiry. Some of their products lack some features that larger companies like WP Engine offer but for our purposes we don't need everything they provide so it's alright in my opinion. We've been using them as our domain registrar since 2014 without any problems at all. The only thing was when switching providers from GoDaddy back then - you had better know what exactly you need before signing up because there were many different options available to us which made comparing hard then too. Fast loading speed, loads very quickly even if your computer/network has other programs running while waiting for login information etc., can easily switch between several tabs within seconds compared to others, no lag time whatsoever, simple interface yet powerful tools included to help make users' life easier by managing emails, contact forms, backups automatically upon request via link sent along e-mail. I like that it's easy to use, and that you can create your own pages. It also has some great templates. You can have different themes for each of your clients. The customer service is very helpful when needed, and they are always willing to help. They do charge a bit more than others, but it is worth it. Their support team is amazing! I would recommend this product if you're looking for a simple way to host your website. We were able to set up our website in less than an hour.
