The two mugs that come with are great. They look good and feel good to drink from. The pitcher itself is a little smaller than I had hoped. And the walls of the jug are also thinner than I expected. Unfortunately, it seems easy to break if dropped. It pours normally. Brewing a large amount of hot tea is no problem, even pouring boiling water over it.
