The ability to configure rules that can be used throughout our organization as well as in other organizations we work with.

They have been very responsive when it comes to requests made by us via their website or support tickets. I wish they offered more training opportunities so users could get up-to speed faster but overall this has not really been an issue for me thus far! We are solving issues related to managing subscriptions within different groups of people who use them at various times during the day/week. This also allows those responsible for keeping track of budgets to see how much each person uses before making budget decisions accordingly without having to go through a lot of manual data entry.
