Extremely flexible - helps manage various operations in one go

The best thing about Onetool is its simplicity. It has helped us do away with multiple logins for different services which was a pain point previously. There are quite a number of features available. I think the onboarding process could be improved as it takes some time sometimes before we start getting our data populated correctly. Also, there have been occasions where we were unable to find certain fields from previous months' reports even though they had been saved earlier. We needed…

Great Product - Fantastic Customer Service

Onetools have helped me implement our system at work in order for us it was so good I have used them again at home when I set up my new website!! The customer service from this team is brilliant they are always there to answer any questions/issues we may come across as well the project managers are also very efficient and know what they are doing. Nothing really as i said before nothing has been good about it just great communication skills would help but other than that everything else is…

Easy and user friendly way keeping everyone up-to date with info

I like everything about this product but its ease of use for onboarding new employees. They are very helpful when it comes time to add someone else into our system as well. The only thing i dislike is they don't have any other products besides Onestep so if there was another tool out there we could switch over too then thats something id love to see them do!! We've been able to keep track of who has access to what applications which makes life easier at work since some people tend to forget…

It's great especially now that my boss switched me back onto desktop after using mobile app all these years.haha :) This program works better than anything ive used in terms or accessibility & efficiency, plus their customer service team always takes care with us whenever questions arise during an issue resolution
