DO NOT USE ON DERMALS! Worst experience. Cost me an arm and a leg. And so much pain and time. I am so angry and upset that I bought these for my 10 skins. I put them in all my skins and within an hour the plate had ripped off ALL the pins leaving the pins in my skins. This means I couldn't put jewelry in my skin posts and I couldn't get jewelry post from them from my posts. I had to cut them ALL for $50 each, it cost me over $500 to cut them all. I had to heal before my skin was replaced and I had to work on new skin around the scars.
