I love this lip liner!
First of all, this lip plumper is very cute and has two tubes, one for day and one for night. Both don't feel strong, but a very slight cooling sensation keeps your lips feeling great! If you continue to use it in the morning and evening, you will see clear results. I like to wear it on like a lip balm throughout the day. This one is also super moisturizing so you can substitute it with your regular lip balm. You can also apply it over makeup with lipstick. LOVE IT
