I really like how long this locking comb is. This gives the look of a banana clip without being limited to two combs attached. And it's thick and strong enough for thick hair. I don't know if I caught a defective one or they are all so vulnerable, but one of the teeth bent after a sock. I haven't done anything that would make it unstable like not laying on it or sitting on it, so I don't know how that happened. I bent it in place and it works until this tooth bends again. Even if it doesn't seem to last much longer.
