Much more than expected
The photos gave the impression that they were crew socks. My 2 year old wears size 10 shoes so we bought socks according to the shoe size on the chart and the socks were just below the knee. My son likes heroes so we're keeping them but he only wears them at home and I have yet to get him a pair of socks for school.
