Will not work immediately after purchase
The processor was in poor condition with numerous scratches and a missing leg. Turns on and off instantly. After it finally booted up (using my old monitor) it didn't recognize the mouse or keyboard. (I even tried my wired mouse and keyboard.) The webcam was supposed to be on, but it wasn't. There were no documents saying it had been tested.
