UPDATE 6/30After some misunderstandings between the seller and me (emails are lost) the seller made an effort to get me a new chair. The seller tried to contact me immediately after my first complaint, but could not reach me. After that the seller was very helpful and apologized for my troubles. I commend the seller for this and strongly recommend buying from this seller. As for the chair itself, overall it's a good chair and what I like best is the ergonomics. My previous chair gave me back pain while working and became unbearable which prompted me to purchase this chair. The main thing that sets this chair apart from others is the adjustable lumbar support. This is often the biggest problem for many people, which this chair solves well. Plus, the chair tilts to give you a little more elbow room while you work or whatever you're doing. Overall I'd give this chair a 4.5 if I could, deducting a few points for the armrests (although it's good that they swivel), they're a bit taller than I'd like and an initial quality issue. FIRST REVIEW: Heading to summarize my impressions of this chair. Looks like the seat cushions have quality control issues. I wish I had already assembled the chair before sitting down to notice it. Now if I want to sit sideways 10 hours a day and have back pain that would be fine BUT I bought this chair to be able to sit comfortably while working from home. My previous chair at a much lower price ($50) has no quality control issues, so it's weird to see a lack of quality at triple the price. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy this chair. The seller will not work with you if there is any problem with the chair. There are other chairs in this price range that are more reliable.
