I don't use a filter and it still sounds like a death trap

I bought a similar tank for my rooster named Marina Betta. I have tried unsuccessfully to find a second tank for my other betta but found this one which is basically the same tank I already have but includes gravel and a filter and is sold as a goldfish tank. Since I have a rooster I don't use a filter and it sounds like a deathtrap anyway. My Betta loves it and is very happy in her new much larger home. The tank has nice lines and no distortion (my previous round tank gave me distorted pictures of my fish). Happy with this purchase it is a good home for my betta.
