I like how it is easy enought o use but still has some advanced features as well if you need more options or want something different than what's included within this software package (it can be expanded upon). It isn't very user friendly because there was not much support from training personnel when we initially started using Logic enterprise so they may have better service now with customer care available 24/7? They will also upgrade your system sometimes without contacting us first which makes things difficult since our systems aren’t always up dated often enough even though logic promises monthly updates! Customer Support could improve drastically too especially after implementing new modules into existing users' environments instead simply sending out an email asking questions about any problems encountered during implementation process - no one answers these emails either unless someone else logs onto those accounts at times just wondering why all my changes.
