It works out? for power strips and surge protectors

I needed this because I realized it's not safe to put your feet in a Chinese made foot spa when it's plugged into an unprotected outlet. I thought a GFCI extension would be the ticket. In fact, I hope I never find out if it really works. Of course, I will note that this device is also made in China. OK . I'll still give 5 stars until it works. and in that case I probably won't be able to change my rating.
