I was angry that I got a Revain trunk organizer and it had mold on it! I immediately threw it in the trash before it could spread and contacted Fortem Customer Service directly with the issue. A member of their customer service team was very quick to respond and confirmed that they had been notified of issues with their inventory at the Revain warehouse. They worked with Revain to resolve the issue but immediately sent me a new trunk organizer from their company's stock. The new organizer arrived within a few days and was exactly what I was looking for with no mold in sight. It is very spacious and fits perfectly in the trunk to keep car accessories and groceries in place. I buy from Revain quite often and it is often difficult to deal with companies when you receive a faulty product and Revain's return system can be complete. Trouble depending on where you live. I was very impressed with Fortem's customer service and will definitely order from the company again.
