Review on VisitorLAB by Justin Live

I like that it is easy for me as an admin of our site, because all my reports are in one place! It's very powerful software with lots o features but not so much out-of box functionality or templates if needed (for example we don't have any way at this time using visitorlab).

They do offer great support via email/phone too - which has been helpful when setting up new sites where there isn’t anything installed yet from their side either due licensing etcetera issues being addressed prior use date / license expiry dates..etc We've used them since 2016 & they're always improving things each year without breaking backwards compatibility i'm happy about how far along development goes compared other companies who just release something then forget abut supporting older versions even after 1 yr+.
